Equity Weekly Outlook: - FII investment pattern to dictate trend!

Trend in investment flows of foreign institutional investors (FIIs) and movement in other emerging markets may determine near term trend on the domestic bourses. The market may remain volatile as traders roll over positions in the futures & options (F&O) segment from the near month September 2013 series to October 2013 series ahead of the expiry of the September 2013 F&O contracts on Thursday, 26 September 2013.

Emerging markets like India will likely see more international inflows, including from exchange-traded funds after the US Federal Reserve after a monetary policy review on 18 September 2013 decided to maintain stimulus to the US economy through monthly bond purchases of $85 billion.
